Downsizing to a new home is often an emotionally and physically daunting process, even under the best of circumstances. Moving at any time can be stressful, but it is especially stressful if your family is unable to assist you with this transition because of geographic or work-related constraints. My goal is to provide this assistance by eliminating, as much as possible, the stress and physical burden of the downsizing process.

Condensing a lifetime's worth of possessions, paperwork, and treasures can prove overwhelming as well as painful. Many of us surround ourselves with meaningful items, but cannot move them all to a new location. My clients find that as a neutral third party I can help facilitate those decisions.

  • Contacting and negotiating with consignment stores
  • Packing boxes for the move as well as packing items promised to family or friends

  • Helping to choose a moving company and assisting the movers
  • Working with a real estate agent to ready the home for sale

  • I have worked with charities, movers, real estate agents, consignment stores as well as
